- Click the 3 Dots Menu in the Top Right Corner of Edge. (Note: Press "Ctrl + Shift + Del" to jump right to the Clearing Cache and Cookie Window!)
- In the Drop Down Menu, Select "Settings". This will be the near the bottom.
- From the Left Hand Side of the "Settings" Page, Select "Privacy, Search and Services".
- Scroll down to find the "Clear Browsing Data" Section. Click the "Choose What to Clear" Button.
- Make sure to have the "Basic" Tab selected.
- Set the Time Range for "All Time".
- Ensure that "Browsing History" , "Download History" , "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files" are Checked. (Note: Do not select Any Other Options unless you are sure you need them selected.)
- Click "Clear Now". *This may take a while to complete
- Once the Clearing has completed you will Need to Close All Microsoft Edge Windows Completely to Finalize the Clearing of Cache and Cookies.
You Have now Cleared your Cache and Cookies! Re-Open your browser and Try to Load your Site again.
*This will Sign you out of most websites but should not affect any Saved Login or Auto-Fill Data.
